Every single time I call, I get their voicemail. I leave messages and NEVER hear back. I called their secondary number and finally got an answer and they told me they rarely monitor that line and that I couldn't get through because they were on the phones with someone else (I guess every time I call, they're on with someone new?). I know they're a small staff and I've had a really good experience there so far, care-wise. But getting through to them just to get in or even ask a question is VERY hard and super disappointing. The receptionist at the front should always be monitoring the phones and voicemails and even returning calls to at least acknowledge that they've received my voicemail and will get an answer.

They in short should ALL BE fired! Worst service I've ever encountered. First you can barely get them on the phone...then when you are there they leave you at the desk waiting while they talk about BS. Then when I had to damn near walk back there to get their attention they had attitudes!
