Hands down the WORST facility my family has ever been to. The Pharmacy wait time is out of control, no one communicates in Pediatrics and complaints are not taken seriously. We are about to move and could not be happier!
I'd rather not go there but as a retiree its cost effective. I never get to see my primary physician so the relationship with a provider is non existent. So sad there are these many complaints but the DOD hasn't taken notice. Called to make an appointment and was treated so rude by Ms. Lewis who put me on hold mid explanation of my complaint and was very nasty when I questioned her on it. I hate having to use this facility.
They canceled my appointment 3 times in a row for one appointment
Horrible staff they don’t care about you they are just trying to get a paycheck. I came in with a bad shoulder and was told I have to come back tomorrow for an appointment! But this is sick call not appointment call! Lazy ass staff and providers!
I will say after the recent change in sick call it has been so much smoother. There are three providers there and the sorting of patients is more effective. Only complaint I have is access to care. I do not like that appointments are so hard to come by.
